Returns & Exchanges Policy

If something doesn’t fit quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be straightforward and fair.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
Apparel & Soft Goods
• Must be new, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags attached and original packaging included
• Free of odor, stains, and dog hair
Accessories & Specialty Items
• Items that include protective packaging or seals must be returned with packaging intact
• Once protective seals or packaging are removed, the item is no longer eligible for return
All items are subject to inspection upon return.
Exchanges
• Please contact support@weenswear.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange
• Items must be returned in new condition and approved upon inspection
• One complimentary size exchange is offered per order on eligible apparel items (excludes specialty or limited items)
• Any additional exchanges or return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped
Returns
• Please contact support@weenswear.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Items must be returned in new condition
• Returns showing signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee or refused
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit once received and inspected
Seasonal & Limited Releases
Due to the nature of seasonal and limited-run collections, special return timelines may apply.
Details will be clearly listed on the product page at time of purchase.
Final Sale Items
Any item marked Final Sale or discounted 50% or more is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please double-check sizing and color selection before completing your purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact ino.weenswear.@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
